Privacy

We only collect what we need to send you your order, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address and the details of what you bought.
• Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why, and the legal basis

We use this information to take payment, produce and deliver your order, handle any problems, and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is performing our contract with you and meeting our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — to process your payment securely.
• Printful — our print-and-ship partner, who prints your item and delivers it to you.

They only receive what is needed to do their part, and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask, and we don't use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally six years in the UK), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it — email info@michelebagnod.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies — the ones needed to run the shop and to keep your payment secure (for example, Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first.

Terms of Sale

• Every item is made to order especially for you by our print partner, then shipped to you.
• Prices are shown in GBP. Your order is confirmed once payment is taken. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
• Delivery times depend on production and shipping and are estimated at checkout.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, the usual 14-day "change of mind" right for online purchases does not apply to these personalised goods — so please check the size guide before you order.

But you're fully covered if something's wrong. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email info@michelebagnod.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you — including any delivery cost. This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing here affects it.
